the staff was consistently professional and cute! clean rooms and facilities contributed to a comfortable experience. i found the breakfast to be quite good. the hotel's location in exarchia proved convenient.
the hotel has no central heating, which became noticeable during cooler periods! small fan heaters were provided, though they felt inadequate. i had hoped for a more comprehensive heating solution.

The receptionist provided helpful local restaurant recommendations. Breakfast offered ample choices. The hotel organized transport, a service I appreciated. Staff packed a breakfast box since I had an early ferry.. It included a sandwich, a drink, and a bar.
My room did not have blinds, and noise from other rooms was audible.
