Really good Food and Service
I found breakfast to be excellent because Chef Peter prepared fresh meals every morning. He also welcomed guests with kindness and warmth! His polite attitude combined with excellent skills. I also appreciated the strategic location and friendly. Ms Roqaih at reception gave an excellent impression of the hotel with high professionalism.
The pool areas were sometimes inaccessible to hotel guests because the hotel booked a private wedding. The music was loud until midnight. It prevented restful sleep because of droning sounds! I felt the staff didn't care when I phoned to complain.

The hotel rooms are large and clean, with excellent views. The housekeeping staff were lovely, very helpful and courteous! Comfortable beds and great views added to the room's appeal.

All staff members are amazing, and Hassan at reception was helpful. Sujin at the pools was also amazing. Ms Roqaih in reception gives an amazing impression of the hotel. She deals with guests with high professionalism.

The breakfast buffet was excellent. It offered delicious and fresh meals every morning. Chef Peter prepared meals with great culinary skills! Club Rotana on the 25th floor has excellent canapés.

There is an amazing pool. The gym includes treadmills and stationary bikes. Sea-facing balconies offer drone show views! There is a direct exit onto the beach.

The location is great, directly at JBR with an amazing view! The hotel is located within walking distance of BLA BLA, the beach, JBR Walk, and The Dubai Ain. It is also a short walk to the marina.

sea view convenient location
i stayed in a sea view room with a balcony and a king bed, it was spacious. the hotel's location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions. the tram station was close, providing easy access around the area. there were several restaurants on-site, with dining options.
The elevators were occasionally slow. I sometimes waited a few minutes.

Wonderful Stay at a Beachside Hotel!

The hotel offered a complimentary upgrade to a sea view room! The views from the 15th floor were amazing. The pool provided towels, and a beach kit was also available, so I had everything I needed for the beach.

Really good stay with attentive staff
top-level lounge great view
I enjoyed access to the top-level lounge. It offered breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening canapés (a worthwhile upgrade!). The room had great views over the gulf.

fantastic location super clean room tasty breakfast
the hotel had a fantastic location, it was near many attractions and shops! i particularly appreciated the cleanliness in all areas. the rooms were super clean and well kept, the breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty options, including both local and international dishes.

a beautiful, nice stay
tea facilities coffee facilities complimentary wi-fi club lounge
Our room included a minibar, tea and coffee facilities. bathrobes. complimentary wi-fi worked reliably throughout the hotel. I found this quite practical. the hotel has many dining options including horizon's all-day dining and jb's gastropub style restaurant, we did enjoy the choice. we used the club lounge where evening drinks and canapes were complimentary, the views were amazing from there.
The elevators were often quite busy. I experienced some delays waiting, especially during peak times.

I found the breakfast buffet offered a comprehensive spread. It featured international, arabic, and asian dishes. eggs, bacon, sausages, and continental staples were available. live cooking stations provided freshly prepared options. the croissants were a standout feature, very delectable.

the pool deck offered ample sunbeds. the pool was a good size, it included a separate kids pool. a gym with treadmills and stationary bikes allowed for exercise, this was really convenient. a spa provided treatments and relaxation. i also appreciated the direct access to the beach.
