Staff was helpful. The location is perfect near the shops and Taksim Square.
The air conditioning did NOT cool. The beds were NOT comfortable. I found this VERY frustrating.

kind gesture excellent location spacious bathroom
The staff stored our baggage after check-out. they offered tea, lokum, and nuts upon our return, a kind gesture. the hotel has an excellent location in beyoglu near cafes and restaurants. the bathroom in my room was spacious. It was comfortable.
The airco stopped working. It was unfortunate.
