acceptable locationlow ceilingcooling problem
the location was acceptable , placing me next to the duomo.
i was in a fourth floor room , but the low ceilings were a constant issue because i kept hitting my head. the room also struggled to cool down , a problem i found recurring across several city hotels.

the hotel offers a great location. i could reach piazza castello quickly. the staff assisted with luggage storage. it was useful after shopping at local markets.

The hotel's location proved convenient everything was easily accessible.
My room lacked a chair and had only one wine glass this annoyed me. THE room size felt inadequate for two people. i also noticed the absence of a luggage rack , made unpacking inconvenient.

i found THE single chair in the room quite inconvenient, especially since it was a room for two. the provision of only one wine glass and one water glass also felt rather stingy. it created an imbalance and disrupted the overall experience. i believe these small oversights detract from an otherwise acceptable stay, the lack of thoughtfulness is frustrating.

the breakfast had varied selection i liked. omelettes were available to order, that was great. the location is near royal PALACE and a cathedral. many squares around offer many restaurants.
the check-in person wasnt particularly helpful.

I REALLY appreciated the spacious and airy rooms. The staff were particularly cute. They provided excellent service throughout my stay. The hotel's convenient location made it easy to explore nearby attractions. i really enjoyed the comfortable bed. It was equipped with everything I needed.
the low ceilings in my room made it slightly difficult to navigate, especially for taller guests.

the hotel is in a very central location, and this made it easy to reach many destinations. i FOUND that the hotel was close to the sights, and everything was accessible. i could easily walk to nearby cafes, restaurants and attractions.

the hotel provides Ev charging next door, and this was very convenient. the internal design, from the reception area to the guest rooms, WAS beautiful. it was obvious that the hotel had given careful consideration to the design.

i found the staff very helpful and very welcoming, they met all my requests. they were willing to go over and above, and i APPRECIATED their attentiveness. the check in and concierge teams were also incredibly supportive.
