The staff were excellent, very polite and friendly. The hotel surprised my wife with a birthday gift, a very nice and grateful surprise. I found the car parking in front of the building with security a bonus because it is away from the ZTL zone.
I was disappointed by breakfast. It was advertised as "sumptuous", but it was just okay. The coffee came from an automatic machine, and the eggs and bacon were not up to standard.

The hotel is quite convenient to the metro. The metro made getting around very easy. The breakfast was quite good (I liked the variety!). The staff was friendly and efficient during check-in.
The lights in my room did not all work. There were also no tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

the room was quite spacious and beautifully decorated. the building itself had an interesting design and was near a metro station. it provided easy access to the city center, and i enjoyed my short trips there.
I asked for a pass to the motor museum during check-in and followed the directions provided. But it was inaccurate. i missed the closing time by only fifteen minutes. most of the lights in my room weren't working and the air conditioning was not functioning correctly.
