Really good Stay in Historic Setting
town center friendly staff quiet room calming decor
The hotel enjoys a superb location in the town center. The staff were friendly and demonstrated real interest in. My room was quiet and comfortable. I appreciated the calming decor throughout the hotel (a really nice touch).
I found the internet to be a little slow and inconsistent at times.

Excellent Stay in Central Location
central location spacious room simple design
The hotel is close to the main square. Its location is superb. I received a larger room than initially booked at check-in, a nice surprise. The room was spacious and tidy. The room design is simple.
I noticed a lack of natural light in the room. The tall buildings outside barely allowed any light in.

some issues. detracted from the experience
weak air conditioning stained towels
The air conditioning barely cooled the room. It was a problem. also, the breakfast lacked variety. the same options were there every single day. i also noticed a small stain on the bathroom towels. it made me question the overall cleanliness, honestly

some issues with the room
safe keeping luggage keeping hot air faulty aircon
staff kept our bags safe after check-in and after check-out. it was useful.
the air conditioning did not work in my superior double or twin room. it blew hot air. i told them when i checked out the next morning, and they did not apologize.
