Amazing Hotel Experience!

I enjoyed the very clean room. It also had AC. I also got complimentary water and wine. The staff were warm, and they accommodated my needs. Breakfast had a nice selection. I found it delicious.
The walls aren't thick. I heard some noise from other rooms.

the location was amazing. i could walk to many sights and find shops easily. public transport was close too. staff helped me at all hours. the hotel was very clean. breakfast was fabulous with many options.
the hotel wanted me to pay for water after the first complimentary bottle. it was a small thing, but a bad impression.

the room included complimentary toiletries, including toothbrushes; in case you need them. the bed was spacious and comfortable. a kettle was provided, as well as the coffee machine.

the 24 hour front desk was very helpful, especially as i arrived late due to flight delays. they have a secure luggage storage facility. they also helped when i left something in my room.

the room was clean and well-kept each day, it smelled lovely like a spa.
The walls seemed thin. I could hear noises from other rooms and toilets flushing. a complimentary bottle of water was only provided on the first day of my four-night stay. Subsequent bottles were chargeable. it took twenty minutes to find my invoice at checkout. I asked to speak with the manager but was ignored.
