The breakfast area offered a SUPER view of the pool. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious with both a tub and shower.
The staff DID not greet us. It reminded me of a fast-food restaurant. The dinner at the restaurant was expensive for what we got.

The sunny outdoor pool was a great feature. I appreciated the umbrellas available. the bar had outdoor seating, a nice touch. dinner at the restaurant was tasty, and i'd recommend it.
room service didn't answer when i called. the pillows were not comfortable for me. i found no iron or ironing board, and laundry services seemed limited.

The personnel displayed great service culture. They clearly like their job. the parking was great and easily accessible. the facilities were excellent. breakfast had a lovely and diverse selection. It was a pleasant way to start the day.
The room wasn't as clean as i hoped. I saw some dirty windows and a dirty carpet. the bathroom could use more attention. It wasn't clean enough. this minor issue slightly impacted my overall experience.

the staff was very helpful with taxi arrangements, ensuring quick service and competitive rates. i found the breakfast offered several stations, so getting coffee was never an issue. the restaurant opera provided excellent food, and i appreciated the quality.
the gym is rather small with limited equipment.

The breakfast included a very good selection of breads and pastries. My room was quite large (very spacious!) and remained quiet . The hotel's location is convenient, near the fair. I appreciated the complimentary parking provided, and found the overall structure of the hotel to be well kept.
I noticed some animal hairs on the floor in the bedroom.
