the location was acceptable. everything was within walking distance.
i was disappointed that the provided iron was removed from my room without my permission. after requesting an iron, it was taken away even though i had the 'do not disturb' sign up.. that's not acceptable.

The hotel's location was very nice. it was an easy walk to the city center. the staff was very helpful. They provided restaurant recommendations and booked reservations for me. i enjoyed the hotel's decor too! i really felt at home here.
the water pressure in the shower was somewhat low.

The room included a comfortable bed and nice linens. natural light filled the room due to a large window. i had enough space for luggage and to relax after sightseeing. It was very convenient.

the hotel has an amazing location near the arno river. it's a short walk to restaurants and shops. i also found that major attractions were easily accessible from the hotel, a great advantage for exploring!

the hotel located near arno river. the classical style of the hotel was nice. breakfast included various pastries and delicious cappuccino.
the hotel felt dated. i think it needed some maintenance. there was light coming in from the hallway all night because of gaps in the room door, and i could hear conversations.
