Welcome to Oasis Boutique Motel – Boulder City

I found the hotel to be in a good location in a quieter area of BC, but there was a leaky toilet issue in the room which was not ideal. However, the rooms were nicely lit up by outside light at night, creating a cozy atmosphere, although they were quite small and had only basic amenities. Next door, there was a lot of activity, which could be either a positive or negative depending on personal preference.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and decently sized but had the cheapest air conditioner and unfortunately found some cockroaches. The service was really friendly and excellent, with the staff even offering to let us use their laptop for our departure. The location was good, close to everything in town but not ideal due to the presence of cockroaches. The dining was inedible, but they did offer homemade preserves. However, the hotel facilities were well-maintained.

The hotel is located in a quieter area of BC, with good proximity to Hoover Dam and an easy walking distance to the historic district. The rooms are equipped with swamp coolers and wall heaters, offering a mix of 2 full/queen size beds although the furniture could be improved. The service is exceptional, with cheerful staff performing multiple roles like cooks and receptionists. The location is ideal, being away from the bustling Las Vegas but still close to everything in town. The dining options might be inedible for some, but there are healthy salad choices available. The facilities are well-maintained.
