The hotel's location offered excellent access to transportation. The traditional cable car stop was conveniently close. The staff, particularly Punya, were helpful. They created a cute atmosphere. I appreciated the USB chargers and ironing board in the room. The simple breakfast was effective.

i found the noise levels quite disruptive. the street sounds were very noticeable. the room also lacked proper soundproofing. the breakfast was limited to muffins and yogurt, not really enough for a proper start to the day. i wished for more variety. the packaged muffins felt impersonal, and i missed having fresh options.

The keypad on my room door did not work well. it was a struggle to get into my room. This was a frustrating inconvenience.

the location was great, very close to union square and many shops. my room had usb chargers, a NICE touch. complementary breakfast options, including water and coffee, were available ALL day. i really appreciated this.
the street outside was noisy at times during MY stay. the noise came through the windows pretty clearly. better insulated windows could help a lot.
