The staff at the front desk was attentive. They offered helpful directions to nearby attractions.
The noise insulation was inadequate. Loud music from a nearby hotel persisted until late at night. The bathroom was small, and the shower pressure fluctuated inconsistently.

The receptionist was cute! the location is excellent. it faces the ocean directly along ocean drive. the staff helped a lot regarding the proposal. The manager particularly assisted in setting things up after the beach plan was thwarted by wind. they also accommodated our luggage needs since we had an early check-in and a late flight.
The music was loud. it went on late into the night. Walls aren't soundproof.

Staff members were friendly and professional. They assisted with luggage storage for both early arrivals and late departures. the front desk employees were accommodating, especially pino. he proved to be very helpful from check-in to check-out.
