Rosy greeted us warmly in the main lobby. Checking in was easy! Our suite had a cute scent. It had a kitchenette, a private bedroom, and two TVs.

The shower water spilled onto the bathroom floor. The mat got very wet both days! Built-in shelves were not super helpful to arrange our luggage. The room should have a foldable luggage rack.

i found a restaurant conveniently located on the hotel. i especially appreciated livvie, the manager, who was very accommodating when i needed a slightly later departure.

the hotel didn't accept my preferred payment method, and resolving it proved challenging, causing unnecessary stress.

the suite included two queen beds, great for my family. a kitchen with a stove and a mini fridge was available for preparing simple meals. the bathroom was beautiful with good lighting and modern fixtures, i loved it!!!

the front desk staff offered assistance throughout my stay and provided useful information about local attractions. beach towels were available at the front desk for guest use. the staff allowed me to store my baggage in a secure area after checkout, so i could explore the city.

the hotel features two pools. one is on the rooftop while the other is set in a garden setting. lounge areas are abundant both indoors and outdoors. iced water is available in the lobbies and at the garden pool area.
