a tender escape at a hidden gem
delicious food wide selection refreshing drink
the team are wonderful. they. delicious food filled every meal, a wide selection pleased every palate. bartenders prepared each drink perfectly and they made sure i always had something refreshing in my hand. we found our resort. this place is worth every moment.
The room had some noise issues. i could hear people in the adjacent rooms. I heard the lift often. the storage area opposite added to the noise, especially early in the morning. a quieter room on a higher level away from the lift would improve the stay.

The pool area features plentiful sunbeds, perfect for lounging. a tennis court is available and well kept, with a space for sports enthusiasts. the beach is easily accessible with clean sands and attentive drink service. One can relax and soak in the fine views.

Our junior suite sunset included generous storage space, useful for longer stays. the balcony offers a partial view of the lagoon. Sunsets painted the sky. daily replenishment kept the mini-bar stocked with various drinks. That kept us hydrated and content.

The staff was friendly. They always greeted us with a smile. we felt welcomed. service at the pool was attentive. Every need was met with charm. the reception team was always ready to assist. Every request was handled efficiently and with care.

welcome note clean room beach view excellent service
i adored the thoughtful touch of a welcome note each time the room was cleaned, it felt so personal. our rooms had lovely beach views, i could spend hours just watching the waves. the staff had excellent service. the hotel was clean, everything felt fresh and new.

The area provided easy access to downtown attractions, a short bus ride made everything accessible. the quiet beach section was a romantic escape. It was perfect for quiet moments away from the crowds. i remember the convenient bus stop near the entrance.

The staff made sure that the minibar remained stocked, filled with refreshing drinks and snacks! i never had to ask for anything twice. they were great with friendly smiles and quick attention. Truly dedicated to our joy and comfort.

a decent stay with some drawbacks
friendly staff helpful staff attentive staff slow wifi missing equipment bland dessert
The staff really stood out for their friendliness. i especially remember luis at the almar restaurant for his kindness. yeselie and iliana also made a special effort for my baby. They even got ice cream when the coffee shop was closed.
The wifi was a problem, it was often slow. the gym lacked yoga mats. That was disappointing. some of the food also lacked flavor, especially the desserts, they seemed bland to me.
