An Okay Stay
perfect bed kind staff coffee facilities air conditioning
I found the room quite clean. The beds were perfect and very comfortable. Staff was kind and helpful with directions. The location is very good for visiting the city center. I enjoyed the walk each day.
The facilities in the room were really poor. I noticed no tea or coffee facilities. There was no water provided, and no telephone to contact reception. The air conditioning did not seem to work well either. The room felt roasting.

great location modern decor clean room friendly staff
I found the location great. It was a short walk to the cathedral or a quick ride to the tram station. the main reception and bar area had a fabulous, modern decor. the room was clean, and i had an overall nice stay. miguel at the bar was especially friendly!
I noticed that the hotel is overpriced for what you get. It's just a basic room.

The hotel provides easy access to the train station and the airport. That's super convenient. the double glazing works really well. I didn't hear any street noise. food delivery reached me easily at reception.

The room had a good shower and a comfortable bed with adequate space. It was exactly what i needed. the room design impressed me, and everything felt very clean. i slept really well.

breakfast was nice, and i was thankful for the decent-sized mugs for coffee!!! they also had tea which was great. the bar had a wonderful atmosphere and some great cocktails are available.

the hotel is centrally located, within a short walk to many christmas markets. it is also very close to the u-bahn and other attractions. getting around was very easy and convenient. i liked it a lot.

the staff were friendly and helped me with directions and recommendations. miguel chatted with me in the bar, and he looked after me really well. he was very helpful and patiently answered all my questions.

friendly staff comfy bed water station
the staff was very friendly, i noticed. the rooms has a comfy bed. i also found water station nearby, that helped. it was very close to main attractions to.
the room was maybe to quiet. i have hard time to fall asleep.

pillow options amazing cocktails
The room included multiple pillow options. That was very thoughtful. the bar boasted a great ambience and the staff served amazing cocktails.
