superb locationpoor cleaningage restriction
the location was superb, offering easy access to many attractions.
The room cleaning was not good, i booked two rooms for three nights but the rooms were not cleaned even after i called. my children were disappointed they could not swim because of their age. the gym was also not accessible for my 15-year-old son without supervision. That was annoying.

My room included a modern design with adequate space. breakfast offered a rich variety of options, and the dining area felt spacious. the hotel is near local amenities. I could easily walk to various restaurants.
the parking fee felt a bit expensive.

The hotel location is central! it is only a short walk from the train station. the hotel had xmas decorations. Check-in was quick. reception answered questions !
the swimming pool is shared with a gym. i paid 18 euros to use the pool. the fridge did not work and the air conditioning was bad. windows did not open either

the location were good, i suppose, if you like that sort of thing.
the mini fridge did not keep my beverages cold, a travesty. also, the air conditioning seemed to have only two settings, sauna and arctic blast. i couldn't find that sweet spot of a regular, non-extreme climate. plus, the staff response when i brought it up was not helpful at all.

the location was superb it was easy to access most of the markets on foot the cathedral was also within walking distance i found ample seating within the breakfast restaurant the breakfast buffet had selections of cereal fruit meats and cheese and hot food
the air conditioning cooling system did not work properly i set it at 19.5 degrees for 5 hours but the temperature in our room remained at 26 degrees the front desk sent someone with a fan i was told the system was working correctly. i will not stay here again.
