excellent breakfast great service warm room broken air conditioning
Breakfast was excellent the service too
i DIDN'T sleep at all because the room was warm we paid extra to stay in this hotel because we wanted air conditioning however it did NOT work at all when we mentioned this to the staff present they said there was nothing they could do

the location is fantastic it is right in the city centre. i got a free upgrade to a beautiful room. the staff were wonderful they are so helpful with local advice.
i received a call to say my tv was too loud it was not very loud at all.

charming find in the city center
central location helpful staff rooftop lounge beautiful views
i appreciated the central location a GREAT deal, very close to the cathedral. the staff was helpful and cute upon my arrival. my room was upgraded free, and the rooftop lounge provided beautiful views of the sea and cathedral. i was happy with my stay here.
the access by car was SOMEWHAT complicated.

rainfall shower warm reception rooftop bar weak air conditioning cramped breakfast area weak soundproofing
I showed up after an exhausting flight. The reception staff greeted me warmly, they handled my check in quickly. My room featured a rainfall shower, I appreciated that. I also enjoyed the rooftop bar, it provided amazing views of the area.
I did find a few minor issues . The air conditioning was not powerful enough, this was disappointing. The breakfast area felt a bit cramped, it was not comfortable. The soundproofing seemed weak, I could hear noises from neighboring rooms.

powerful shower good location thin wall hot room
My room was lovely and spacious, i found it so peaceful. the shower worked powerfully and the bathroom seemed roomy, a perfect hideaway after my adventures. the location proved quite good. It was just a five minute walk from the cathedral, a real treasure.
the air conditioning in my room did not seem to work at all and i felt so hot, it was not a good start to my stay. also, the walls felt thin and i could hear the neighbours, which disrupted my peaceful dreams.
