Really good Boutique Hotel Experience

The hotel was clean. The restaurant offered excellent food. Staff were awesome from arrival to departure. I found the advice from staff about local shops very helpful.
Room 207 presented some issues because the window faced the entry courtyard. This proximity made the room less quiet than desired. Privacy was limited without closing the drapes.

i very rarely give negative reviews for hotels, and only do so when i feel it's necessary. the negative aspects are entirely due to my unhappiness with the room. i requested a room in a quiet location, but the window to my room was adjacent to the stairs leading down to the entry courtyard. the stairs were frequently used, and anyone pausing at the top of the stairs could look right into my room.. this felt awfully claustrophobic.

The staff was very attentive. Hugo. the hotel has every detail well taken care of. my room had space and comfort. the bathroom was large. i appreciated the attentiveness.
the lack of a fitness space was surprising given the hotel's standard.

the location proved convenient shops and restaurants were just steps away i received a welcome glass of champagne upon arrival check-in was handled efficiently i found the staff consistently helpful and friendly the rooftop provided great views i could easily relax there.
the bar area was closed later in the evenings so i took my drinks back to the room after dinner it would be nice to relax in the bar area.

The staff was friendly and offered some great recommendations for restaurants. The location was central. I found the hotel charming and cozy.
My room was next to the stairs. People could look right into the room, so I had to keep the drapes closed. It felt claustrophobic. I asked to switch rooms but the hotel was booked solid.
