a bit underwhelming, unfortunately
limited breakfast
I found the breakfast offerings somewhat limited. I expected more variety at a hotel of this supposed caliber. the coffee machine was often out of order which was a real inconvenience.

Really good service and views!
friendly staffclean poolnice experience
I found the staff at the reception and bar to be friendly and cute. They really enhanced my stay. And the pool area was very clean. My room had a lovely view of Isola Bella. It was a very nice experience.

The breakfast had good quality. The pool area was quite luxurious with fantastic views of the bay!!! A very friendly barman.
The bathroom seemed quite dated. It was not well laid out, so it felt very cramped. I think they charge for parking, because they cannot offer this to everyone if the hotel is full.

The room had a great size and included a comfortable bed. I had amazing views from the pool and sun terrace. Gabriel at the pool bar was AMAZING!!! He looked after everyone very well.
The busy road in front of the hotel made it slightly noisy.
