i stayed for several nights. the biggest issue i encountered was breakfast. i have stayed in 5-star hotels before and this breakfast had the worst service. trying to get anyone's attention was difficult.

The building held an opulent atmosphere, and the cleanliness throughout impressed me greatly. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a suite! I found the room had an amazing size. I felt spoiled by a very clean space.
I must mention the location is not necessarily in a particularly attractive area. I found it rather common.

I noted all staff members seemed genuinely happy! One staff member stopped to share the history. He described the restoration efforts; I was admiring the ceilings, so I learned a lot.
