clean rooms nice size worst service breakfast service
the rooms were clean and of a nice size (i appreciated that).
i stayed for several nights. the biggest issue i encountered was breakfast. i have stayed in 5-star hotels before and this breakfast had the worst service. trying to get anyone's attention was difficult.

An Lovely Experience
opulent atmosphere complimentary upgrade amazing room clean space
The building held an opulent atmosphere, and the cleanliness throughout impressed me greatly. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a suite! I found the room had an amazing size. I felt spoiled by a very clean space.
I must mention the location is not necessarily in a particularly attractive area. I found it rather common.

The hotel offers a beautifully restored building from a different time, so I admired this gem. There is convenient access to main streets. I appreciated how near it was to the historic city center.

I noted all staff members seemed genuinely happy! One staff member stopped to share the history. He described the restoration efforts. I was admiring the ceilings, so I learned a lot.

The hotel's location proved excellent. I found most tourist destinations there easily accessible by foot. I enjoyed the convenience of exploring the area, as the hotel is very central.
