Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room was a bit small for four people, but it was comfortable with nice pillows, a clean bathroom, and a big, hot shower. Although there were some noise disturbances from the road and next door, the overall cleanliness and comfort were satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. On the one hand, the rooms were spacious and nice, offering a comfortable and quiet retreat within the bustling city. However, the size was a bit small for four people, and the noise levels could be a downside. The location was excellent, striking a fine balance between being close to downtown San Jose and nestled by the peaceful La Sabina park, though it wasn't the most walkable or scenic. The dining experience was a diverse and amazing culinary delight, but there were minor issues with items being cleared too quickly. The service was top-notch, with a very accommodating staff that helped me check in early after my early flight, although there were some instances of rudeness reported by other guests.
Despite the busy street below, my stay was enjoyable at this hotel. The rooms were nice, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet for a city hotel. They are basic but clean with cozy beds, although a bit of fresh air would have been nice if the window could open.
