Upon entering the hotel, I realized they had put me in a double double suite instead of the king suite I had reserved. The room was spacious and well arranged for use by an older adult with mobility issues, but being by the elevator meant hearing it all night.

When I arrived, I found out my room wasn't ready, and to my surprise, they had put me in a different room than the one I had reserved. Despite the initial mix-up, I must say the hotel tried to accommodate my needs, even discounting one night due to an issue with the room's air conditioning.
