the staff was so polite and helpful throughout my stay. they provided me a fan when the weather was hot. the lounge space is very nice and decorated stunningly.
the spa is not included in the hotel fee and it is an additional rate. that was misleading to me. breakfast was underwhelming, i feel. it reminded me of a cheap continental breakfast, in a library.
