I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and quiet, with a very modern feel. The lobby was stylish and modern as well. The breakfast area was huge and located on the 14th floor, giving a unique experience. The service was polite and helpful, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The location was ok but not great, being in an industrial area about a 20-minute tram ride from Zurich attractions. The dining experience was delicious with a variety of food options. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and I opted for a club room junior suite which was a great choice for the inclusive meals. The view from the room with a glass of wine was simply wonderful. The service was exceptional with attentive and friendly staff. The location was okay, near transportation options in District 5. Dining was a bit of a letdown, but the facilities were satisfactory.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were nice and warm, especially with the view from our room. We enjoyed sitting beside the window with a glass of wine at night. The room was very comfortable, but I struggled to adjust the room temperature, which was a minor inconvenience. The only downside was that our room was not checked and readied for the daily entries, which was a bit disappointing.
