The staff were friendly and professional. The hotel restaurant was really good. The hotel provided complimentary towels. The hotel also provided complimentary chairs at the beach.
The daily resort fee does not include umbrellas. Guests must rent umbrellas for an additional cost. I was told the staff were not renting out umbrellas on two days. This cut my time on the beach short. The manager did not get in touch, I was told she would.

I loved that the bar had such a personal touch. stephany, the bartender, made me a mezcal drink, and i could tell the citrus was fresh. anastasia and roby were super fun. the food quality was awesome. The cheese and prosciutto tasted directly from italy!

The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach. I found convenience stores and snack bars very close by. The breakfast offered at the hotel was good. Housekeeping services were pretty efficient .
The room had limited space to unpack clothes. There was only hanging space for a few items, and access was somewhat difficult.

I encountered a significant problem with the daily resort fee. it does not cover umbrellas. These require an additional rental fee. staff declined umbrella rentals on two days of my stay, which shortened my beach time considerably. i expected this matter to be addressed promptly.
