really good assistance food service restaurant discounts rooftop views
Jamie, the concierge, provided really good assistance and were really nice. Cristian, the food server, offered very respectful service and catered to our needs effectively. The hotel also gave us discounts for a restaurant located nearby. The rooftop pool offered excellent views and a relaxing atmosphere.

helpful staff quiet hotel
I found the staff friendly and helpful. the hotel was quiet and the room was large. i appreciated the hotel employees. They were helpful.
i noticed some hair in the shower. the towels looked over used. new towels are necessary at the hotel and pool.

quieter night beach chairs nice pool
the hotel is just off ocean drive on collins avenue! it was much quieter at night. beach chairs and towels were included. the pool area was really nice!
the elevator was pretty slow sometimes.

The rooftop pool and bar were excellent. I especially liked the views of Ocean Drive. Staff was helpful and friendly, this enhanced my stay. I found the location convenient, just a short walk to the beach and nightlife.
The elevator wait times were longer than expected, a slight inconvenience.
