Roy gave me a fantastic welcome and helped with parking! i stayed in a beautiful room that had tea and coffee. the shower room and loo were great. The bed linen was also good. plus, the free wifi worked perfectly. i really appreciated the iron and ironing board available!
the tea and coffee facilities were quite minimal. i noticed a slight lack of extra amenities in the bathroom.

The owner gave us a warm welcome. He guided me directly from my car to the room. The room had its own entrance. I liked that. The room was pre-warmed. I thought that was a nice gesture! Free parking was sufficient, a detail always appreciated by drivers like me.
The minimal coffee and tea facilities lacked biscuits! That would have been a nice addition. I think so.

Roy provided a warm welcome, showing me from my car to the accommodation. i found the cleanliness amazing. Everything was well kept. the atmosphere felt cosy, i felt genuinely cared for during my entire stay (it was special).
