touch screen check-innonexistent soundproofing
the self-check-in situation was just stellar. i mean, who needs actual human interaction? wrestling with a touch screen after a long trip is exactly how i want to spend my time. and the soundproofing? nonexistent. i heard every conversation, door slam, and dramatic sigh in the hallway. it was like a surround-sound symphony of other people's lives. how... intimate.

the location was central, good for exploring the area.
the noise isolation was poor, i could hear everything happening in the hallway and other rooms. this made it difficult to sleep well, especially with people coming and going at different times.

The location is super central and convenient. I appreciated that the cleaning staff were kind and helpful. We stored our bags in the onsite lockers after checkout.
The rooms are not sound proofed well. I could hear conversations in the hallway and other people opening or closing doors. This was frustrating when people were coming and going during the evening and morning hours.
