The hotel was superb, offering clean and spacious rooms with a unique charm. The staff was attentive and helpful, especially Walter, who gave excellent tips on exploring Tulum. The location was ideal, close to bars and restaurants while still being on a quiet street. Unfortunately, the dining experience fell short of expectations with basic and flavorless options despite the abundance of eateries around.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms are clean and functional, with separate bathrooms adding a nice touch of privacy. Although there was a minor issue with the hot water initially, it was easily solved. The service was helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist with recommendations and transportation options. The location is convenient, close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The dining experience was basic but satisfactory, offering a decent breakfast selection. Overall, a good value for the money.

I had a nice stay overall. The rooms were decent with balconies overlooking the indoor pool, but a bit overpriced due to noise in the courtyard and cold, burnt breakfast eggs. The service stood out for being super friendly and accommodating, especially Alex who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was brilliant. The location was convenient, adjacent to the main street for easy access, but somewhat noisy in the evenings. The dining experience was average, with repetitive options, but there are nice coffee shops nearby. The facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.
