The air conditioning did not function properly . Staff stated it was centrally controlled and unavailable during cooler periods. This made the small room stuffy. The room also lacked a refrigerator. I found it quite inconvenient..

the staff was friendly and helpful i felt very welcome. the location was amazing it was so easy to walk to many attractions. the free coffee and croissants in the morning were a lovely touch it really started the day right.
the room was smaller than i expected there wasn't much space to move around. the bathroom lacked a proper door this made the floor wet after showering.

This building has a very historic feel. The location is very convenient. I could walk to many attractions. I found taxis easily right outside the front door.. I also appreciated the 24/7 availability of coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and water.
I noticed the absence of a refrigerator in the room, which would have been a useful addition for storing drinks and snacks.

The location was superb as it was close to many shops and places to eat. the hotel had beautiful decor and lovely details. i especially enjoyed the complimentary coffee and croissants in the morning. A really nice touch to start the day.
The room lacked a refrigerator and sufficient space for luggage storage. I found myself needing more room to organize my belongings.
