the location was very convenient. it was easy to access transportation. the staff was helpful with directions. the room had a nice-sized terrace.
My room lacked drawer space. the kettle cord was short. i had to move a table to use it safely. the hot water was inconsistent. Cold showers occurred on some mornings.

the location was really central. it was very close to the metro, and there were many taxis available right outside. the bus from the airport dropped me off near the hard rock cafe, it was across the street. the front desk staff was excellent too.
The hotel is in an old building. This limited potential improvements. the foyer was unimpressive. the rooms were small, dark, and not well appointed. there was no drawer space in the room or at the bedside.

A glass of wine was always available in reception. I found the front desk staff happy to assist. The location is great, located very nearby the restaurants and shops. The airport bus dropped us off near Hard Rock Cafe. It is across the street from the hotel.

the breakfast was amazing!!! it had a fantastic continental spread. cooked breakfast was available too! the staff was very helpful and friendly.
the bar is small and not open until late afternoon. the 'outside' terrace is also small and dark, enclosed on four sides.
