Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has a pretty, old European look with different sizes & shapes of rooms that are generally quiet but not soundproof. The service was fabulous and friendly, making me feel like a valued guest. The location is super convenient right off a quieter part of La Rambla, close to great tapas restaurants and attractions. The dining options are good for a quick bite, although some processed food could be off-putting.
I absolutely loved my stay at Continental Palacete! The hotel is located in a vibrant area with easy access to many attractions. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, though the layout with the bathroom was a bit odd. The service was exceptional, especially in the early morning when I needed assistance. Dining options were fantastic, and the central location made it convenient for all our meals. A great place to stay with just a few minor quirks.
The room was small and had a window facing a wall, but it was clean and fairly sized. The service was exceptional, especially during early hours. The location was superb, close to attractions and with helpful staff. The dining options were appreciated, offering snacks and beverages. The facilities were good value for money, and the hotel had friendly and helpful staff.
The room was a bit small with no view, but it was nice and quiet. The hotel was ideally located for exploring sights but not in crowded areas. The service was superb, especially from Tatiana, Natalya, and Vito. The dining options were very convenient, especially for late meals. The hotel was of great value for breakfasts.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms had a European touch and were a bit small by North American standards, but they were generally quiet, making it cozy for me and my travel companions. The service was excellent with friendly staff, especially Gemma and Ivy, who added great value to my experience. The location was good, offering easy access to the Gothic area, shopping streets, and Gaudi attractions. However, the dining experience had a slight hiccup with delays, albeit the food quality was great. The facilities were modern and convenient, contributing to a comfortable stay.
Staying at this hotel is like stepping into a mini Versailles - the rooms, while lacking an outside view, are surprisingly comfortable with a bed that feels like a cloud. The central location close to everything and the friendly, English-speaking staff add to the positive experience, but the small rooms might not suit everyone's taste.
