the location was acceptable. it was close to attractions.
i was disappointed with the room's cleanliness. there were sweets on the floor when i checked in. a cleaning cloth was left on my luggage, a severe oversight. this lack of attention is unacceptable.

The staff was very nice.
The room cleanliness NEEDS improvement. I found a cleaning cloth left on my luggage one evening when i returned to my room. I reported it to the front desk.

i found the staff very helpful with directions. the complimentary snacks, including sandwiches, pastries, and drinks, were available all day. the beds felt very comfortable. the rooftop terrace offered great views and a place to relax. there were several seating options available.
i noticed that the walls in the hallways could use fresh paint.
