The tram stop is directly outside the hotel, it made getting around so easy. the breakfast selection was good too. There were many options.
the pool ladder felt unsafe. i also found there was no bar service at the pool.

the room was spacious with a lake view.
the fire alarm activated twice there was no clear communication or evacuation procedure from the staff. the pool ladder looked unsafe as it seemed to detach from the tiles. there was no bar service at the pool and the phone to call the bar was broken.

The tram stop outside was SOOOO convenient. I found it very easy to get into the city. The hotel lobby has many lounge chairs.
