charmed by a peaceful stay
easy parkingclean areas
the outside pool was nice and relaxing after a long day i also appreciated the easy parking since i had a rental car the tram system to the city center was quite accessible. the public areas maintained cleanliness creating a pleasant first impression when i entered and navigated the hotel.

the outdoor pool area offered a relaxing space complete with comfortable loungers i also noticed the convenience of easy parking and access to public transport like the tram which simplified trips around town.

Suite Stay, A Positive Experience

I believe that as of April 2025, many of the past maintenance issues have been resolved. We stayed in the Suite on the 6th floor. I highly recommend this suite for couples staying at least four nights. The bed was very large and comfortable. The bathroom was well appointed. there was a large lounge space with a sofa.
The air conditioning seemed to take a while to get going.

Really good Suite Experience

The maintenance issues mentioned in earlier reviews seem resolved, as of April 2025. I stayed in the Suite on the 6th floor. I recommend it especially for couples staying at least four nights. The suite has the floorspace of two rooms, and the bed is very large. The staff at the hotel proved very helpful .
The pillows were quite soft. Even with two pillows, it reminded me of sleeping without them.

The hotel provides a swimming pool . There is a big easy car park available for those arriving by car. A nice garden permits dogs to take their little walk near the hotel.

The breakfast offers variety, including various options (especially the pancakes!). The hotel is next door to a steak restaurant. The steak restaurant provides a pleasant dining alternative .

The staff are really friendly. They are always ready to assist. The hotel offers a check-out time of 12:00, allowing a relaxed departure. Room cleaning happens every morning.

i found the staff helpful , a real credit to them. a taxi to and from the airport only took about 20 minutes.
i noticed the public toilets downstairs were not clean on my arrival , and they remained that way the next day.
