The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Arequipa, close to everything, and with very helpful staff. The rooms are comfortable, although my stay was slightly affected by an AC unit leaking a large amount of water. The manager was very helpful and provided good service. The dining experience offered homemade bread, and the facilities were satisfactory.
