Acceptable Stay with Room Issues
convenient location walking distance outdoor patio mold issue chlorine smell dirty hot tub
The location was really convenient. I found many attractions were within walking distance. The outdoor patio restaurant provided a nice dining option (I liked sitting outside).
The bathroom had mold. I also found hair in the shower upon arrival. I tried the hot tub, but the strong chlorine smell made it unbearable. I had to immediately shower after leaving the area.

Lovely Room and Amazing Staff

The staff was amazing. My room had a lovely view. The reception desk was very efficient. The hotel is indeed a perfect architectural achievement.
I found some cracked bathroom tiles and dirty grout in the shower , which need to be addressed.

The front desk processed check-in warmly and kinda. During my stay , the front desk staff did everything possible to. Their assistance was always appreciable and accessible.

The restaurant inside the hotel offered great food. Michael, the server, was super friendly , accommodating, and overall very knowledgeable. Breakfast diners located right behind the hotel offer convenient options.

FANTASTIC Stay!!
huge bathroom convenient location rain shower
My room had a HUGE bathroom. The handheld shower wand did NOT work, but the rain shower worked perfectly! The location is convenient. You can walk almost anywhere.
The deadbolt on the door didn't function, only a minor concern.

The FireLake Grill House provides excellent service. I especially appreciate the dedication to guest satisfaction. The staff is right there for your needs, with delicious food.
