the staff were pleasant . the room was clean and well-kept. the location near the entertainment areas was convenient. i found the experience satisfactory.
the room size was smaller than expected. the available parking was expensive. the noise from nearby streets was sometimes intrusive. i was not fully satisfied with these aspects.

the location was good for exploring. the hotel was near many shops and restaurant. the bed was also comfortable and ensured a good nights sleep. the staff was friendly and accommodating to guest needs.
the room was not as clean as expected. i noticed mold on the bathroom exhaust fan and the floor. the room size also did not match the description when i booked it. it felt smaller than advertised.

The room I got faced the street. I had booked based on the promise of peace so close to Bourbon Street. Instead, it was very loud all day and night! I think cars went over some metal thing outside (I don't know) and it was a very loud clanging noise. The noise ruined any chance of sleep or relaxation.
