Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms were small but nicely maintained and loaded with all required amenities, very clean, and well-maintained. The timely action of the staff was very nice. The dining offered excellent food with a variety of Western and Indian options, including amazing curries.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were excellent with fixed windows featuring frosted glass, and I enjoyed both my lunch and dinner. Everything was clean and in good order. The service was outstanding, particularly thanks to Miss Renjitha, the Receptionist who provided exceptional support and guidance to me and my colleagues. The location is ideal, close to Vytilla Junction and easily accessible to MG Road and the newly started metro line. The dining experience was good overall, catering to various tastes, although the coffee was not up to par. The hotel facilities were top-notch, offering a range of services.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were dated and not very clean, and I had a disturbing night due to a party next door. On the bright side, the staff were helpful and courteous, and the location, although a bit messy due to metro work, was close to the Levi's, Max, and Reliance Trends showrooms.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with a strong smell of an unknown scent, but of standard size. The service, led by standout team members like Amit and Mahzal, was exceptional. The location, while close to a catholic church and shops, lacked nearby attractions and often required taxi rides. The dining experience showcased a variety of cuisines but fell short of high standards. Overall, the facilities were decent, with notable positives and negatives.
My stay at the Chennai Radisson Blu hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were nice and perfect for business stays, the initial noise issue was quickly resolved by our efficient agent from Delhi. The small yet comfortable rooms and very clean bathrooms made up for it.
The hotel offers a high-end residential resort-type experience in well-furnished rooms, though a bit cluttered with many items, located conveniently close to the cleaning room. The service was a mix of friendly and somewhat arrogant responses, but overall nice. The location is perfect for accessing the city and metro, despite some initial wait time. Dining options are sumptuous with a wide selection, including healthy choices. Facilities are well-maintained and extensive.
The hotel offers clean rooms with great service but lacks comfort and room amenities. The location is central with pleasant surroundings, while the dining options are tasty but limited.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and luxurious, and the location was ideal for me. The staff were extremely helpful, especially Anamika, providing excellent guidance on visiting places in Ernakulam and Fort Kochi. The dining experience was really good with a healthy and varied selection to choose from. Overall, a great place to stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were really small, and it was disappointing that one had no bathtub. They were dirty and smelled bad, making it uncomfortable. On the bright side, the service was top-notch, with staff being very courteous and helpful. The location was convenient, with easy access to metro stations and highways, but not having a good view was a downside. The dining experience was a letdown, being either bad or overly expensive. Overall, the place had its ups and downs.
The hotel had beautiful, big rooms with great room service and a wide spread breakfast buffet. Despite the room's small bathroom and the tight feeling due to the white upholstery, the ambiance overall was pleasant. The hotel service was somewhat lacking in attention to detail and perception, though there were exceptions. The location was perfect, offering easy access to the metro and numerous dining options nearby. The dining experience was excellent with a wide selection of dishes, catering to both local and continental tastes.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Ernakulam district with easy access to the Metro. The rooms, however, were a bit disappointing with a small, hard bed and thin pillows. The service was excellent, with the staff going out of their way to provide top-notch service.
