I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms, although boasting a nice lake view of Hussain Sagar Lake, were disappointing. They were dirty, had a foul smell, and unfortunately, I encountered cockroaches. The blinds and fancy lights added for visual appeal were a nuisance for my sleep. The service was a bit lacking, with instances of being overcharged and abrupt interactions. The location, despite its proximity to some tourist sites and attractions, left much to be desired due to cleanliness issues. On the bright side, the dining was enjoyable with a good variety of Western, continental, and Indian cuisine being offered.
