Acceptable Stay with Noticeable Issues

the night team informed me that room service was unavailable (something about equipment not working) and could not take my order. i wanted a simple sandwich late at night, but i was told to wait until breakfast. as a former front office manager, i found this unacceptable, especially given the amount i paid. i will be seeking a refund for this issue, room service breakdown.

my late-night cravings went unanswered (yes, i get peckish at odd hours). i tried to order room service around 4 am, but was told it was unavailable. apparently, assembling a simple sandwich was too much to ask. maybe they thought i was joking, or perhaps the kitchen staff had a sudden aversion to bread. (i am being sarcastic, of course).

The room was spacious and the bathroom included both a separate tub and shower. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful with any questions I had. I appreciated the great pool, jacuzzi, and gym after my travels. It was very relaxing. The hotel is near a beautiful green area.
I noticed the rooms seem a bit dated, and could use some updating.

The staff impressed me. They were very polite and professional. the gym had good equipment, and i enjoyed the pool area a lot. i found the park near the hotel beautiful, and it made for nice morning walks.
The late-night room service was unavailable . I wanted a simple sandwich at 4 am, but i was told i had to wait until breakfast. this was inconvenient.
