The location allowed easy access to local restaurants which was okay.
I was given a room that already had someone staying in there. I opened the door and someone was in bed. Reception quickly fixed this by giving me another room. The gym was poorly maintained with no towels. There was broken equipment and bins were not emptied each day.

the location, i guess, was convenient enough, though i am not sure what i expected.
the reception staff attitude was like i bothered them with my presence, not the warm welcome i anticipated. the room's outdated design was like a time warp and not in a good way. also, the noise from the street below was annoying. next time, i'll pack earplugs and a whole lot of patience.

the location is central with easy access to many restaurants. the staff was very professional, and i appreciated the water dispenser on the hallways. breakfast included fresh juice from fruits and vegetables. the hotel also offered parking.
i noticed that some standard rooms lack amenities, specifically body lotion, a minor inconvenience.
