The hotel was located in a good area for shopping at Katy Mills, but I was disappointed by the lack of water and power in the hotel for which I was still charged due to a misunderstanding. However, it had a closed pool area and failed to provide assistance with sister locations, especially regarding bathroom amenities. Overall, the stay was decent but had its drawbacks.
