The overall experience at this hotel was quite pleasant, thanks to its location in the center of Zermatt and the beautiful terrace views of the Matterhorn. The rooms were comfortable, but I found the shared bathroom setup a bit inconvenient. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere felt welcoming. I had a lovely stay at this hotel with breathtaking views of the Matterhorn from my room's balcony. The location is fantastic, right in the center of Zermatt, close to shops and restaurants. While my room was quite comfortable, I did find that the bathroom situation could be improved, as I had a shared bathroom.
