the location is fantastic, near many attractions and transport options. the staff was very helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with directions or recommendations. my room was very comfy and tidy with all necessary amenities provided. i found it easy to walk to theatres and restaurants.

the hotel's location proved useful for accessing heathrow. charing cross railway station allowed an easy departure. i found many attractions within walking distance.
My room overlooked a wall and a rooftop. there was no view at all. i should have requested a different room. I was exhausted after a long travel day.

mixed feelings about my stay

inadequate air conditioningunhelpful staff
i found the air conditioning inadequate. even after hotel staff unlocked it, the room never got cold enough. i was also frustrated by the front desk. the staff insisted the ac was working. the refrigerator also broke, and they insisted it was fine. uber was not allowed near the entrance with a struggle when bringing luggage in. staff did not help with my bags which was annoying. i would not return for these reasons.

This location is really good. It is close to major attractions. I walked to most destinations. My room featured a beautiful king room. The room was adequately sized. Staff members were also helpful.
during my stay, the minibar was not fully stocked upon arrival. it only contained two water bottles. this was a minor inconvenience that i hope can be addressed to ensure a more seamless experience .
