Hyde Park was very close to the hotel. We had a junior suite with a view of the park. The room had a unique design and felt luxurious.
The hotel was not very kid friendly. They seemed to complain about my daughter playing. She was just normally playing with her toys , but they asked us to keep her quiet. We had to keep her in bed for many hours.

Lovely Experience

I enjoyed afternoon tea at the hotel. New additions enhanced the offering, particularly the sandwiches. The spinach bread used for the cheddar sandwich was appealing, both visually and in taste. Soft herbs paired well with the smoked salmon in the crème fraiche. I also sampled several types of Sri Lankan tea that complemented the food well.
I requested an extra bed when I booked the suite but I never received it. Staff kept complaining about my daughter playing. They wanted her to be silent from day one, despite knowing about the time difference.

I wanted a special experience. it delivered, from the room to the staff and the food. the location is great too. Kensington park is opposite. the high street and tube are a short walk away. the staff were very cute. the concierge staff were very helpful.
the room was very well soundproofed! but the lighting controls seemed a bit complex at first.
