The staff provided quick assistance. The hotel's cleanliness struck me. the team aided with phone calls and locating pcr tests. a few foosball games in the lobby added entertainment.
i found the breakfast buffet to be occasionally understaffed during peak hours. this resulted in brief waits for replenishment.

the location near the metro was convenient. the shower room was clean. i appreciated that the air conditioner worked.
The bed was to long for my room. climbing over it was necessary. the hair dryer kept shutting off. I had to wait for it to turn back on.

i stayed in a suite. it provided ample space for three guests. the entire area was very clean, i noticed. the hotel staff members were very helpful and friendly to me. breakfast offered a good variety. i appreciated the coffee and water available in reception. they provided an extra touch of comfort.
the air conditioning in the room had a minor fault . i found it hard to adjust the temperature. it also switched off unexpectedly. it was a bit inconvenient. bathrooms and bedding were clean.

the hotel is near many great food options. monoprix is also up the street, just two minutes away if you need something from the store. the location is great, close to main attractions.

A stay with minor issues

I stayed in a family room on the 6th floor. The room was clean, and the towels were changed daily when we did not leave the 'do not disturb' sign. The staff was friendly and helpful, so that was great. The metro stations were close. Sacre Coeur was a 15-minute walk away.
The hotel looks tastefully decorated, but it seemed a bit past its prime. The air con in our room was faulty (when it was hot outside).
