acceptable locationunfriendly receptionistunprofessional behavior
The hotel location was acceptable, nearby the city center.
The receptionist wasn't friendly at all and seemed uninterested. When i spoke to her, she almost turned her back to me, answering questions without any enthusiasm. she stopped attending to me to heat up her lunch in the microwave, leaving me waiting at the reception, this felt very unprofessional and disrupted my check-in.

missing fridge refillspoor soundproofing
The promised daily fridge refills never materialized. Apparently, the staff are economical with complimentary water. the soundproofing left much to be desired. I could hear conversations from neighboring rooms clear as day. It seems privacy is a luxury at this place.

I appreciated the easy check-in process. The room key was waiting for me upon arrival, streamlining things nicely. the breakfast was really excellent with a lovely presentation. the staff was so kind and accommodating. its location near the marina was definitely a plus. i really enjoyed my stay!
there was a slight delay in the reception's responsiveness. i had to wait briefly before getting assistance.

The staff demonstrated kindness and were very helpful , providing prompt assistance. the breakfast service stood out. It was presented beautifully and served with care. their positive attitude contributed greatly to my visit.

The room included necessary amenities. It had complimentary water which was a nice touch, especially after travelling. blackout curtains ensured a dark and restful morning for me. the air conditioning functioned silently. It maintained a comfortable temperature throughout the night.

I was thrilled with the location. It was so convenient! my room was spacious and super clean. the bed provided amazing comfort, and i slept soundly. the wifi worked great, so i had no trouble staying connected .
i noticed a slight delay during check-in, but the staff was quick to resolve it
