clean room many breakfast options tasty food weird lamp poor pillows poor coffee

The room was clean! The breakfast had many options, so that was really great. I did eat at the restaurant and the food was tasty. Plus, the staff was friendly and helpful at all times.

The lamp in the lobby looked like a horse, and that seemed weird. The pillows were not very good, and I ask at reception for better ones but they didn't have any. the coffee from the machine wasn't so good, but the instant coffee was fine.

The food presentation was disappointing. the food was often served lukewarm, impacting the overall dining experience. the hotel's gym was smaller than expected. It lacked sufficient equipment for a comprehensive workout. i noticed that some of the machines were out of service, reducing the available options.

amazing location choco banana ice cream fresh towels

the hotel enjoys a amazing location right by the beach i savored good mini ice cream in choco banana flavor included in the all inclusive rate the gym provided single use fresh towels enhancing the experience i felt pampered and cared for .

the sunbeds by the pool were often reserved early so it was hard to find one available at times.
