i enjoyed the hotel. The staff showed great friendliness and provided assistance when i needed it. The location proved convenient, especially the short walks to the metro and bus stops. The breakfast offered great choices, i especially liked the fresh options everyday.
The sound isolation could have been better. I did hear noise from the hallway.

The breakfast included fresh strawberries daily, a REALLY nice touch. The selection included diverse options, ensuring satisfying choices were available. I think there was something for everyone. The service was prompt.

The inside pool was a SUPER feature, decorated with exotic trees. It created a calming atmosphere for relaxation. There was also a massage service available to guests. I saw many people take advantage of it. Access to the pool was easy.

The staff was friendly. Staff were quick to offer directions when asked. The staff assisted me with my luggage upon arrival. The service generally Was superb. The cleaning service was meticulous.

The hotel is near several excellent restaurants. I tried a few. The metro station is a short walk from the hotel. That was very convenient. The hotel IS favorably located for exploring local attractions. The area safety was good.
